    Lake McQueeney
    Lake McQueeney is a man-made reservoir containing water coming from the Guadalupe River and is located between New Braunfels and Seguin. Recreational activities are welcome on this lake, including fishing, boating, tubing and water skiing, however there are regulations concerning wakes.

    Winding through Texas, the Guadalupe river runs from Kerrville all the way to the San Antonio River near the Gulf of Mexico. Frequented by rafters of all ages and skill levels, this river offers great water for a variety of water activities, from slow floats to whitewater rafting adventures.

    Comal River
    Texas' shortest river, the Comal River is found entirely in the city of New Braunfels. It is a popular year-round floating destination for inner tubing, as it boasts a temperature of approximately 72F (22C) throughout the year. In total the Comal runs for 2.5 mi (4 km) and is a tributary of the Guadalupe River.
